    Endurance sports primarily challenge our cardiovascular system (heart, lungs, blood vessels). Strength training challenges our musculoskeletal system (muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones). The stronger we are, the less fatigued we become during the later stages of an event or race.

    Each individual has specific needs for his or her sport, uniques experiences that influence a current presentation, and goals - goals that are driven by emotion and passion. It’s important that your strength program addresses each of these areas.
